Workshop: Demystifying Wildlife
–
August 26, 2017
Miranda Kennedy, who holds a degree in Wildlife Conservation through Oregon State, will take you on a journey through our native wildlife and insects. Afraid of coyotes, snakes, opossums? This lecture will open your eyes to our ecosystem and how we are interdependent upon what animals really do for us. See bugs that you think look ugly? They might be the most beneficial friends in your garden. This valuable talk will make your gardens and your walks through nature come alive and show you what is really happening around you. More details to follow.
Cost of the program is $20 per person. You can use the PayPal 'Donate' button on the homepage to pre-pay, or pay when you come. Please RSVP to dianeckennedy@prodigy.net, even if you've said so on a Meetup.
Homemade vegetarian refreshments will be provided; students may wander Finch Frolic Garden before or after the program. We look forward to seeing you there!
