Speaking Engagements and Events
Miranda and I are available for lectures, workshops, consultations and in-services on a wide variety of permaculture topics. Popular lectures are: An Introduction to Permaculture (with Power Point visuals), Composting Techniques for Everyone (demonstration), Regenerative Living, Wildlife Demystified, and The Importance of Planting Natives, although we talk about much more (just ask!). In-services for teachers can be paired with a consultation on a school garden. Please contact for appearance fees at firstname.lastname@example.org, rather than using the comments section of this blog which can be unreliable.

Nov. 18th and 19th, 8am – 2pm: Annual Marketplace, and Last Open Tours of the Year.
Our Marketplace is where we sell unique, hand-made food mostly harvested from our permaculture garden. Baked goods, canned goods, frozen fruit and fruit juices, seeds to eat and seeds to plant, knick-knacks, plants, and more. Come visit and help support our very small business and our pursuit of educating about permaculture.
Although the garden will be closed to tours from Thanksgiving until March 1, Miranda and I are available for consultations, lectures and events.
