Miranda and I are available for lectures, workshops, consultations and in-services on a wide variety of permaculture topics. In-services for teachers can be paired with a consultation on a school garden. Please contact for appearance fees at email@example.com, rather than using the comments section of this blog which can be unreliable.

Events at Finch Frolic Garden
Monthly Open Tours:(the third Sunday at 10 am sharp).
Finch Frolic Garden is now closed for the winter. We are still available for consultations, lecturing, wildlife reports, design work and appearances. We expect to reopen as usual in March. Great gardening to you!
Our monthly tour will be held on the third Sunday of the month, and private tours can be arranged. ALL VISITORS MUST WEAR MASKS, and social distancing will be observed. Please respect the health of those around you; the COVID-19 virus is NOT gone, and we here at FFG Permaculture are taking all precautions to insure your health safety and our own. If you show up for a tour without a mask, you may not attend the tour. We will cap all tours at 10 people maximum. Thanks!
Our two-hour tour is an information-packed introduction to permaculture class set throughout Finch Frolic Garden. Followed by a Q&A session, you will leave full of inspiration of projects and improvements that you can do immediately, no matter what size property you have.
Our tours begin promptly at 10 AM; please leave time for signing in and using the restroom. Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes, and please prepare for the weather. We cannot accept credit cards. Please bring cash or checks.
Besides the monthly Open Tours, private group tours of Finch Frolic Garden are held by appointment for groups of 5 – 10 people, Thursdays – Mondays. Cost for all tours is $15 per person, children under 5 are free; ages 6 – 10 are $5. There must be a minimum of five adults per tour. Please reserve and receive directions through firstname.lastname@example.org. No pets. Photos but no video are allowed. Tours may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. Tours for school children are also available.
